Price and licensing
PM Box pricing is structured to offer exceptional value at a minimal cost.
To have a running configuration of PM Box on a SharePoint web application you need to purchase:
- One PM Box software license
- Any number of individual Project Management seat subscriptions (billed annually)
The price of the PM Box Software license is fixed, however Project Management seats are subject to volume discounts as shown in this table.

Apart from the subscribed project managers, a working PM Box environment can be used by
- All PMO Administration users - Free*
- All project team and other users of the provisioned SharePoint sites - Free*
(*) Please note that actual numbers of free PM Box users supported on your system is subject to your server and SharePoint working capacity and Microsoft licensing requirements. These factors are completely unrelated to PM Box.
